Personal stories are the key to good storytelling.

I teamed up with the BC/DC Ideas crew and the North Carolina Early Education Coalition to create a video series that highlights the real-life challenges families face in the early education system.

These videos played a key role in pushing lawmakers to fund early education in North Carolina.

We kicked off filming in Fall 2019, but when COVID-19 hit in 2020, we switched gears and finished the series over Zoom.
